Exchange or Return of Goods

Our goods exchange or return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchases. We offer a 7-day return period for eligible products, which must be in new, unopened condition and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Customers may also exchange defective or damaged products within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Exceptions to our return policy may apply to certain products or circumstances, and our customer service team is available to answer any questions or concerns. We strive to make our exchange and return process simple and hassle-free for our customers.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
